Alexie is an Early Childhood Educator and Circle of Security Facilitator, with dreams of becoming a Forest School Practitioner. She spends time with her husband and two children on their acreage walking the trails, foraging for wild edibles, gardening, and having bonfires. She is passionate about connecting children with nature and fostering their relationship with the outdoors, peers, and community. Alexie also encourages messy outdoor play where children can explore with all their senses! She believes a connection to nature is essential for healthy growth, development, and wellbeing.
